Con#5: No supervisor to help solve issues

Sometimes caregivers and parents do not see eye to eye. At a centre, there are policies and procedures that are very clearly laid out and reviewed by the ministry of education. There is also a supervisor on site to help enforce the policies and help staff members and parents solve problems. At a home daycare, the amount of policies the provider has varies, things may or may not be in writing and there is no third party to help if there is a disagreement.
