Moment #5- When Your Child Is Brave
From the moment you find out you are bringing a child into this world, something changes. Everything becomes a little bit scarier and you spend all of your time keeping this perfect little being alive. You spend all your time worrying about your child. Sometimes you find out they are braver and stronger than you ever thought they were. My son got tubes put in his ears at 4 years old. The doctors told me they would have to take him from the waiting room without me. I panicked and couldn’t sleep I was so worried and afraid he was going to need me and they wouldn’t let me be there. Little did I know, my little man is so much braver than I could have imagined. He walked right back with the nurses and even asked for stickers to share with his sister. Watching him be brave was really a feeling unlike any other.
