If you don’t talk to us about your concerns, nothing will change. We are here to help make the daycare experience as positive as possible for you and your child, but if you do not tell us what makes you and your child happy (or unhappy), we will not know. If we can help in any way, we will. Please come to us first, before the supervisor. It definitely strengthens our relationship by working it out together, instead of through a third party.
