Daycare Is An Adjustment (For Everyone)
Daycare is a huge adjustment. For your child and you. It is never easy, but it will get easier. Your child could react in a number of ways, including temper tantrums, crankiness, overtiredness, etc. Be patient, they will adjust to their new routine. Also, drop offs may be very hard. Your child will most likely cry for the first little while. I promise you they do stop crying very shortly after you leave. A quick drop off with a hug, a kiss and a good bye, really is the best thing.
