Reason #9: The anticipation
The unknown is so hard for control freaks like me. I hated not knowing when exactly the baby was going to come, what it was going to look like, what the labour was going to be like (and how was I going to survive it the second time around). Waiting for labour is one of the scariest experience. The baby is in there and it has to come out sometime and any which way it does, it’s not going to be pretty. There are also all the unknowns for when the baby actually arrives. I was so always so anxious about what my baby would look like and act like, how I was going to figure out what to do with my little baby. You can drive yourself crazy worrying and over thinking every step of your pregnancy.
