Reason #5: Lack of Energy
Pregnancy makes you tired, like want to rip your eyeballs out tired. Your body is working overtime for you and the little tiny human you are growing inside. Exercising is healthy during pregnancy but some are too tired to do it (not to mention how much harder it is). I worked in a daycare with lots of stairs during my first pregnancy and I could barely breathe by the time I got to the break room… to take a nap.
