Touch-and-feel box

Kids love a guessing game so Touch-and-feel box will be an ideal and fun indoor game, especially for preschoolers. The game begins with a box and items the kids will have to guess the names of by using their sense of touch. Grab an empty box with a lid, e.g., a shoebox. Cut out a hold in one side of the box large enough to fit a child’s hand. You can make the game more interesting by getting the kids to color the box or add stickers or glitter. Next, round up some items to use. It could be small toys, a fruit, a spoon, hairbrush, or ribbon. No sharp or pointy objects. Place an item in the box and ask the first player to put a hand through the hole in the box to feel the object and name it. You can keep a score sheet to decide on a winner.
