#9- Mom Time

This isn’t just going grocery shopping or going to the bathroom alone. I mean real mom time. Pamper yourself: take a bath, get your nails done, take a nap, go out with some friends. Whatever recharges you, you need to do from time to time. Find someone you trust to take the child/children so you can relax and enjoy yourself. The more relaxed and happy you are, the more patient you will be and the more you will be able to enjoy your time with the children. What’s good for the goose is good for… well, everyone.
