Research shows that even a brisk 30-minute walk can help stimulate various brain chemicals that can leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. Fresh air does a whole lot of good. So get up, get out and find a way to get that heart rate up and get the feel good juices flowing. Find ways to get your children involved as well and teach them the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
