#2- Get Ready For The Day
Think back to when you didn’t have kids. What made you feel ready to leave the house with confidence? It seems like a little thing, but it definitely helps make you feel like you. You don’t have to wear make up and get dolled up but get up, shower, put on clothes (not just pajamas), brush your teeth, have breakfast. Whatever you need to do, allow yourself time to do it. It definitely makes a difference to your self esteem and how you feel about conquering your day. You don’t have to have everything under control, just look the part.
