9. Convey Positive, Confident Energy

If someone is staring at you, whether they look neutral or bothered, hold your head high and greet them with a pleasant expression. This can often be enough to startle or embarrass them into minding their own business, or humanize you enough to let them smile back as the matter drops. You are exercising your right to breastfeed publicly, and you have every right to feel positive and confident about that, taking ownership of your space.
