Some women do complain about loss of appetite, but if you are breastfeeding, your body is working around the clock to make milk. Being hungry and thirsty ALL the time is pretty common after giving birth. Try to eat healthy foods, stock up on your protein intake and drink a ton of water. Your body is working hard and you should be taking in more calories a day if you are breastfeeding, so don’t try to diet or limit your food in take. You and your baby need it!
