#5- Pooping Stinks…
After pushing a little tiny human out of your vagina, everything down there hurts. Some people tear… a lot. Pooping after all that is scary. Wait until you really, really have to go. Too much pushing can be painful, rip out any stitches you may have or aggravate hemorrhoids. Also, regardless of how you have a baby, your bowels are a little bit off. Constipation is almost a given. Try to relax, drink lots of fluids, move a little (if you can), relax and take a stool softener if needed.
